What I like about Robin Murto is that she’s passionate about farming grapes. This was most evident to me when a friend and I spent an hour with her on her vineyard tour. Because pinot noir, probably more than any other varietal, takes much of its character from the growing conditions, the farmers play a pivotal role in the wine making process.

Vista Balloon Adventures flies up to 7 balloons every day except Tuesday from April 1 through October 31, weather permitting. During the summer, the action starts about a half hour before sunrise and lasts about three and a half hours. Flights change to take advantage of the afternoon air in October.
